Participant Conduct and Right to Refuse Service

Arkansas EFT is committed to providing a professional, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all participants, trainers, volunteers, and staff. By registering for and attending an Arkansas EFT training or event, participants agree to conduct themselves in a manner that promotes safety, professionalism, and a positive educational experience.

Participants are expected to:

• Treat all attendees, trainers, volunteers, staff, and venue personnel with courtesy, respect, and civility.

• Participate in a manner that supports a safe and productive learning environment.

• Follow the reasonable directions, instructions, and policies communicated by Arkansas EFT leadership, trainers, and event staff.

• Refrain from behavior that is disruptive, threatening, intimidating, harassing, discriminatory, abusive, or otherwise interferes with the learning experience of others.

Arkansas EFT reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse registration or participation, deny admission, or remove any participant from a training or event whose conduct is determined to be inappropriate, hostile, disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with these expectations. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal aggression, harassment, repeated failure to follow event guidelines or staff instructions, intimidation of participants or staff, or conduct that substantially disrupts the educational process.

Participants who are removed from an event for violating these expectations may be prohibited from attending future Arkansas EFT events. Removal from an event does not entitle a participant to a refund.
